It is both amazing and heart-warming to reflect more deeply upon our achievements at the Human Factor Leadership Academy (HFLA) in the last six years. In 2006, we openend the HFLA's Community Library for the children and the youth in Akatsi. Between 2007 and 2011, we shipped over ninety thousand books to the HFLA library. Between 2009 and 2010, we donated some of these books to the local public schools. In January 2010, we opened and inaugurated the elementary school of the HFLA. By the end of the 2010/2011 academic year, the HFLA elementary school had a Nursury, Preschool, Kindergarten, and Grade 1. There were approximately 90 children at the HFLA this passing academic year.

At the commencement of the 2011/2012 academic year, the HFLA will be made up of a Nursury, Preschool, Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2. There will be approximately 120 kids in the whole school. We will inform you about the exact count when shcool is in session for the 2011/2012 academic year. Every one of us is very excited about our progress to date and we take this opportunity to say: "Thank You" to you for your ongoing commitment and contributions to make the HFLA a great success to date.

Regarding our plans to engage in tertiary education, we continue to work with the Ghana National Accreditation Board (NAB) to be granted the permit and charter to inaugurate the HFLA's University Education Program. We will keep you posted regarding our success in obtaining the charter to operate the university program.

The HFLA has a very dynamic Principal and excellent teaching and non-teaching staff. The members of the Parent-Teacher Association are not only excited about progress so far, but also satisfied about the progress the children continue to make at the HFLA. We eill leave no stones unturned until the HFLA is recocognized by all others as the best educational institution anywhere.
